Return, Refund, Replacement & Cancellation Policy
We want you to love the products that you buy from us. In case you have concerns related to your purchase, drop us a mail within 7 days of delivery with details at ezahkzaina@gmail.com
Returns Policy:
Our Policy last 7 days, you can return all items within 7 days of receipt of goods.
Please ensure that the product is unused & tags, boxes / other packaging are intact.
Reach us at ezahkzaina@gmail.com or call us on +91 93450 54842 within 7 days of receipt of the product. We will arrange reverse pickup within 48 hrs.
For international orders, unfortunately, we are unable to take any returns.
Refund Policy:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 working days of receipt of your return package.
If you are approved, then for prepaid orders we will reverse the payment to the source. In the case of COD, we make NEFT payments in the registered name of the customer.
If you received a damaged item, wrong product or missing units or accessories in your order:
Please send a photo of the outer packaging and product received to our customer care at ezahkzaina@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +91 93450 54842 within 7 days of receipt of the product.
We will issue either a full refund or a replacement or a partial refund based on the issue and also as per your request.
Replacement Policy:
Replacements/Exchanges are subject to the availability of stock with the seller.
If the product is out of stock or a replacement/exchange cannot be issued, a full refund will be provided.
If 7 days have gone by since your receipt of goods, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or replacement.
Cancellation Policy:
You can cancel the order before the product has been shipped by emailing us at ezahkzaina@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +91 93450 54842 or cancel online. Your entire order amount will be refunded immediately.
If you cancel the order after it has been shipped but not yet delivered to you, you simply refuse to accept the parcel at the time of delivery.
Because your refund will be processed once we receive the originally ordered item back from the courier.
